Grandad, Books & Life
Today* is my Grandad’s birthday. It is also the 6th anniversary of his passing. It had been a good many years before he passed that I’d last seen him, so all I have are a child’s memory of my time with him. And they were such good memories, fuzzy as they are. One year...
I have commissioned 5 pieces ( 1 group and 4 individual water colour / ink paintings) from Amelia and my two biggest kids ( 9 years old and 7 years old) have also taken her craft / art class. I am lost for words to describe Amelia’s ability, dedication and professionalism for both her commissions and the kids classes.
The pieces she created for us made me cry ( what more can I say) they are so beautiful , truely amazing and perfectly capture the personality of my each of my 4 babies…

Amelia is amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted and painted a super sentimental piece that turned out better than I could have hoped. I was so impressed with every aspect of her art, I asked her to do further pictures for Christmas presents. Not only is she incredibly talented, she’s a genuinely good hearted person, passionate about her work and providing what you’re after. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
