Terms and Conditions
I understand buying artwork online can be a tricky matter. For this reason I am happy to refund the cost of the piece, not including shipping, if you return the piece within 7 days of receiving and in original condition. You must inform me prior to returning via email – firstname.lastname@example.org and please explain your reasons why. Return shipping costs will be up to you and packaging must be secured as originally sent to keep the artwork safe.
All commissioned artworks must be paid in full to secure your place in the wait list.
After purchasing the size, type (charcoal, ink etc) and nominating the number of subjects in the piece(s) please forward the photo(s) to email@example.com or by replying to your purchase confirmation. Once I have received your photo(s), if applicable (for multiple subjects, multiple photos etc) I will create digital mock ups of what the final piece(s) will look like for your approval. After your approval has been received I will commence work. From this point no further changes can be made, nor refunds allowed.
Classes and Workshops
Classes and workshops work on a first booked, first served basis. Once classes have sold out you can email me firstname.lastname@example.org to be put on the wait list if any spots become available.
Classes and workshops can be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the first class. After this time no refunds are allowed. For classes and workshops which span multiple days/weeks refunds will not be allowed if you are not able to attend all of the classes.
All artwork is shipped via Australia Post or courier using rigid mailers. They are registered and insured, and will require a signature upon receipt. If you’re using PayPal to purchase, please ensure your address through them is correct as this will be the address I use to post.

Order times vary a lot depending on the type of artwork as well as the demand at the time of order. Generally speaking this will be 3-4 weeks plus shipping time. I will let you know an estimate once your order has been received, or you can email me firstname.lastname@example.org prior to booking. If you have a specific deadline you’re wanting to meet, do let me know so I can keep that in mind while organising my schedule. If my waitlist is full there may be the opportunity to jump the queue for an extra fee, as I would be working overtime.
